Busy weekend again. We are going out to dinner tonight celebrating my wife's adoptive parents anniversary.  Tomorrow, mow the lawn, buy a new weed whacker and hang with my dad.  Sunday is food shopping and my best buddy's middle daughter's B-Day.  14 years old.  Where does the time go?

Helluva day yesterday.  Started constructing a hard-top 10x12 sun shelter over the hot tub about 9am.  Buddy of mine showed up at 12:30 or so to help with the roof portion.  We got it all done by about 6.  Now, this friend of mine also has a litter-mate of our youngest dog, so the two of them played in the (soaking wet) yard all day.  To say they were caked in dirt would be an understatement.  30-minute bath for our guy, then my uncle popped in for an hour because he was in the area.  Capped the night off with our local RibFest, which was absolutely packed.

Fuck I'm old... my right ankle is killing me today.  Didn't do anything to it, just being on my feet all day.

Today - charity dog walk (yeah, that's what my ankle needs), chill out for the afternoon, then Evergrey concert tonight.

Good lord I'm glad I can do sweet fuck-all tomorrow, cuz this weekend is going to exhaust me!
