I think you guys all listen to Bon Jovi more than I do    I just made a playlist of some of the songs they are playing that I don't know... they are alright.  Some better than others, but really nothing that's impressive.  It'll be fun for sure, but I don't think I've ever really enjoyed any of his albums besides his first, self titled besides individual songs here and there

Sure was.  Just read about that on wikipedia.  That's awesome though. I also am seeing the Scorpions this year!     Catching all these 80s bands I liked when I was younger and more into 80s metal that I've never gotten a chance to see.  Def Leppard/Poison/Tesla on Saturday too (although I've seen Def Leppard a couple times before).

Happy Good Friday all - especially for those of you that do get the day off.  It's a stat holiday up here, so everyone is off.  I'm going down to a good friend's house later this morning who took a puppy from the same litter that we got our puppy from, and let the two brothers hang out and play like puppies for a few hours.  We try to do this every few weeks.  Then, busy planning/prepping for next week, as Mrs.jingle is taking her mom away on a Caribbean vacation - so I'll be Mr. Mom (220, 221, whatever it takes) for a week.  It'll be the first time ever that I've had this much time to myself in the house.  I'm looking forward to it, but I'm sure it's gonna be kinda weird.  Gonna binge watch the shit-load of shows I have on the PVR, read, exercise, listen to tunes, watch concert DVDs... all the shit I never have time to do.

I fail to understand your beef with this.  Internet conversations are required to be text-only?  You never watch a movie that is also a book?  Sometimes visuals are as/more effective than words on the screen, and do contain/add something that plain text cannot.

I guess for you, a picture is worth zero words.

I 100% disagree.

Perfect example; A buddy of mine posted something on Facebook yesterday saying they still had two openings on their running team for some race coming up in a few months. He was asking if anyone was interested in joining. He's a huge BTTF fan, and I'm fat and don't run. The following response between friends was completely appropriate given the context.
