I enjoy it. Sounds like one step back, two steps forward.

The drums being  hotter in the mix (for obvious reasons) is a good choice that just makes it more interesting to listen to.

Well, first single, "Night Terror" title... it's obvious it's a heavy track, I hope the album has a wide range of styles to offer!

My... "fear" is too much of a strong word, but I assume that since MP is back, he wants to go all in with the ass and balls, however we come from two album with a lot of heavy songs, so I would hope that this next album is more melodic and, more importantly, diverse. View was only 7 songs and it was 5 heavy songs, one upbeat, uplifting song and an epic. Too little for me, especially coming after an album with two longer songs, one ballad and only heavy shorter songs....

First thoughts while I listen to the song:
- Classic MP fills - glad they are back I've missed them.
- JP ate his riffs vitamins it seems.
- Glassprinson-esque change in riff half way through is absolutely nasty.
- Maybe the shitty speakers I listened but the drums mix will take me a sec to adapt.
- Some JR passages remind me of his solo albums more than a DT album and I think that's a good thing.
- Very Alien like in the sense of not your radio friendly structured song.
- JP solid as always though I did miss a more prominent solo.

Overall, very good song. Classic "you had my curiosity, not you have my attention" for me.

Well on a first listen, I don't like it. It's like a mix of As I Am and A Rite Of Passage. But probably after FII I haven't liked any single from DT. 

Production, on the other hand, is just awesome.

I've found a tracklist but won't link it since it's not officially announced yet.

Pretty good. And Myung's bass tone is surprisingly brutal for a DT track.

She had a kid with the boy on the cover of A Change of Seasons after they grew up and this is their daughter Victoria. IaW and ACoS covers were both based in the late 1800s/early 1900s

It's a solid effort, song definitely got better as it went for me.

Just great to hear MP's character back in the band though.
