I think it’s more likely that this would be the last album/tour than that they would bring back MM afterwards. They are all going to be at least two years older by the time this cycle is done. JR will be 69 by then. JLB will be 63. Mangini would be 63 as well.

Noticed the DT Members page on the DTF main page hasn't been updated and still shows MM as a current member. Also, the "extensive discography" hasn't been updated since BC&SL lol

On the discography page it’s still Systematic Chaos. Lol. I actually really like the peek into past DTF layouts, so part of me hopes it doesn’t get updated. Though MP should probably be reinstated as a band member. Lol

You can still change your layout to any of the prior layouts in your profile settings. I have the Distance Over Time one for mine.

My guess is they didn’t announced the US dates in hopes of Americans to travel to the open ing night, which I’ve been reading many are doing.

Seems kind of stupid though. London is going to be the first show regardless. A NA tour is inevitable. It's not like it's not going to happen.

Mike said on The Prog Report podcast the other day that for logistical reasons they started in Europe. So more than likely they don’t have everything set yet for the U.S. leg yet, so they aren’t going to make an announcement. I strongly doubt there is some kind of conspiring it like trying to get everyone to travel to the first show.

I believe picking the O2 Arena is purely for PR purposes. Think about it, the first-ever show with MP back on their brand-new tour, why not make it seem big and important?
